With the greatest band director of all time - 91 year old Fred Fennell in Altamont Springs  - sadly this picture was taken just months before his death.
Fred Fennell and his wife Elizabeth (former owner of Ludwig Music Publishing) along with fantastic music educators Annette Grieve and Paul and Carolyn Destito. They were gracious enough to invite me to lunch with Fred. It was a real pleasure to hear his wisdom!	At the new Key West High School auditorium conducting the Monroe County Honor Band. Dr. Bentley Shellhamer of FSU conducted the high school and it was a lot of fun.	Under the lights conducting the awesome Boca Raton Middle School Symphonic Band at Disney World in Orlando!
Conducting the grand finale at the annual Boca Raton Spring Concert. It was a great concert with so many fantastic memories!	Another Spring Concert and another packed house at Boca Middle School!	At Disney World again. Boca Raton Middle Symphonic Band has been accepted to perform at Disney World for the past 5 years in a row!

My first Middle School teaching job in Key Largo, Florida (the Florida Keys). Some of the nicest people (students, teachers, parents & administrators) I've ever met, it was a difficult place to leave after 9 wonderful years.
Band Day at University of Miami in the famous Orange Bowl. We attended every year and it was a blast!	My first marching band "gig" at Coral Shores High School in Islamorada, Florida (the Florida Keys). Great students, parents, friends and co-workers - lots of wonderful memories!
